Best Trash Can (besttrashcan.com) helps you choose a trash can without reading dozens of product pages. We gather the facts that matter, such as size, lid type, materials, features and price, and turn them into a Finder you can filter and top lists you can scan.
Who runs the site
Best Trash Can is owned and run by Lagrange Point Services LLC. Our mailing address is Lagrange Point Services LLC, 2020 N Academy Blvd Ste 261 #4523, Colorado Springs, CO 80909.
What we do
- We collect specs from manufacturer product pages and manuals, and prices and stock from retailer listings. Each product page links its sources and shows when they were last checked.
- We score each product on the same published rules and rank products for specific uses, such as kitchens, bathrooms, recycling or tight spaces.
- We don’t test products ourselves. We compare manufacturer specs, retailer data and owner feedback. If a source doesn’t state a spec, we leave it blank rather than guess.
How we make money
Some links on this site may be affiliate links. If you buy through one, the retailer may pay us a commission, at no extra cost to you. We may also offer clearly labeled sponsored content or advertising in the future.
Our rankings are independent
No brand or retailer can pay to be included or ranked higher. A commission never changes a score or a rank, and every product is scored with the same rules. If we ever publish sponsored content, it will be labeled as sponsored and kept separate from our rankings.
